The Apartment
This luxury, self catering, penthouse, holiday apartment, with polished marble floors throughout, comprises a lounge /
dining room, two bedrooms, two bath / shower rooms, a fully fitted kitchen and two terraces.
- Lounge / Dining Room
The lounge has two relaxing sofas, flat screen LCD TV, Sky, DVD, and radio / hi-fi. Double sliding doors provide access to
the lower terrace. The dining area has a Danish oak dining table and seating for four.
- Kitchen
The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, including halogen hob, fitted oven, dishwasher,
fridge / freezer, and all the crockery, cutlery and utensils needed for your stay. The washing machine is in the
utility area, which is off the kitchen.
- Bedroom 1
This is a bright, airy room with a double bed and fitted wardrobe. It has a door leading out to the lower terrace.
This room has its own ensuite with bath, shower, bidet, toilet and hand basin with a marble surround.
- Bedroom 2
This room has twin beds and a fitted wardrobe.
- Shower Room
This family shower room has a shower, toilet and wash basin.
- Lower Terrace
This terrace, furnished with a table and four chairs, has a double aspect and sea views.
- Rooftop Terrace
This is accessed via a private stairway from the lower terrace. It is finished with a shady pergola, sun loungers, a
patio table and six chairs, a barbeque and a shower.
Paraiso Riviera is a secure, gated development with private access for residents only. Set in beautiful sub tropical
gardens, the shared amenities include :
